The other day my wife mentioned to me that a friend of ours had sold her Laurel Md home.  She said it only took six weeks.   They sold their Laurel home and bought another home in Laurel.

This morning I was taking out my trash when a neighbor of mine stopped by to chat.  He indicated a mutual friend of mine had just sold his home.  It only took two weeks to sell his property.  The home is just up the street from me in West Laurel Md.

I have mentioned before about the crazy market in Silver Spring Maryland.  Now it looks like Laurel real estate is is selling in a decent time frame.

This dosn’t mean prices are going to shoot upwards, but it could be an indication the the housing market in Laurel has reached its bottom.
