Maryland City is located in the Ann Arundel County part of Laurel Maryland.  Located just off of Route 198 and just down the street from Russett.  Maryland City is within walking distance to Target and a just a short drive from Sam’s Club in Laurel.

Maryland City is an older subdivision with mostly rambler homes.  Rambler homes are one level with a basement.  Many of the homes in Maryland City are large three to four bedroom houses.  One of the great characteristics about ramblers is their large basements.  Also, lot sizes tend to be bigger for this type of home.

Values in Maryland City Laurel are very affordable.  The area has some great deals in the low 200s and if you shop real hard, you can find a great deal below $200,000.
