Interesting numbers for the four counties in Laurel real estate. The Absoption rates for Maryland counties Montgomery, Prince Georges, Howard and Ann Arundel stuck to a familier pattern.
Montgomery County Maryland ticked up slightly with twentyone percent of homes selling in the first thirty days on the market. Howard and Prince Georges County followed again in predictable fashion with fifteen and fourteen percent absorption respectively. Ann Arundel had the lowest percentage of homes selling in the first thirty days at twelve. Ann Arundel County Maryland did have a slight up tick as well of one percent.
Again, a significant item is that this past week, all four counties had a decrease in inventory over last week. In addition, only Howard County Maryland had a decrease in pending sells. The three other counties all had an increase in pending sales.
