This real estate market contains three types of sellers.  The traditional sale, the foreclosure and the short sale.  First, there is the traditional sale.  In the traditional sale there is a seller and a buyer.  No bank is involved in this transaction.  Only the seller the buyer and there real estate agents are involved.  This is the type of sale most people think of who are interested in buying or selling a home.  Tomorrow I will discuss the next type of home sale, the foreclosure.
