Laurel Md Real Estate

May 28, 2008

It is an interesting time being a Laurel Md Real Estate agent.  For sellers the market is pretty tough right now.  There are two homes on my street that are for sale.  One of these homes is a foreclosure and one is a short sale.  For buyers the market offers a lot of choices.  Buyers are enjoying reduced prices on homes and sellers willingness to negotiate.  Though lending guidelines have become more restrictive, sellers are more than willing to help the buyers with closing cost.  How long this will last is anyone’s guess.  My prediction is that it will last at least one more year.
